Contract and Copy Regulations

1. We reserve the right to insert the word "advertisement" in all ads, especially "all-copy" ads which may be mistaken for news articles.
2. Liability for errors in advertisements shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error. We will provide a correction letter if we have failed to correct errors clearly marked by the advertiser on return proofs.
3. All advertising accepted is subject to the approval of the publisher. We shall have the right to revise or reject in whole or in part any advertisement.
4. Any ad canceled after half or more has been produced will be charged at $10 per 15 minutes, 15 minute minimum for production costs.
5. Positioning of ads is at the publisher's option. In no event will adjustments, reinsertions or refunds be made because of position in which an advertisement has been published. Position request will be honored without charge when possible. Demand position requires regular rate plus 50%.
6. All bills for space are payable on, or before, the 25th of the month. A service charge of 1 1/2% per month (which is an annual percentage rate of 18%) will be added to all accounts past due.
7. New accounts must furnish satisfactory credit references or submit cash with copy until credit is approved.
8. Volume Discount Rates apply only if account is current. Open rate is $10.25 per column inch.
