The Bryan girls soccer team struggled to find its offensive footing as it was held scoreless in a 2-0 loss to Swanton, after the Bulldogs scored two early goals. Despite the two goals, goalkeeper Meggie Voigt had a strong showing in net, recording 14 saves.

“(Swanton) collectively outplayed us, and unfortunately, we didn’t respond after going down 2-0,” Bryan coach Adam Subasic said. “Not a great way to end the regular season.”

Bryan finishes its regular season with a record of 7-7-2, including 3-2-1 in the Northwest Ohio Athletic League. The Golden Bears will travel to play Elida at noon next Saturday in a Division II sectional game.
