The Bryan Parks and Recreation Department will be holding pickleball clinics on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6 p.m to 7 p.m. for four consecutive weeks starting Tuesday at the new East End Park Courts.

Players can wear anything comfortable and appropriate for the weather, and players are asked to bring their own racket and ball. The fee is $10 per person for the eight nights, and there will be a limit on the number of players.

To register, call 419-633-6030. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed along with social distancing.

The Bryan Parks and Recreation Department describes pickleball as the fastest growing sport in America. It combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.

The pickleball courts at the East End Park opened in early August after being converted from tennis courts.
