In pursuance of an Order of Sale dated August 17, 2020, in
the above-entitled action, I will offer for sale at public
auction at the Williams County Courthouse in the City of
Bryan, in the above-named county, on the 11th day of
March, 2021, at 1:00 PM, the following described real
estate, situated in the State of Ohio, County of Williams,
and in the Village of Montpelier to wit:
BEING located IN THE SAID Williams County, OHIO, AS
NUMBERED AND DELINEATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID
ADDITION OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 218, PAGE 1918, IN
THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF Williams COUNTY, OHIO.
Parcel # 072-110-45-015.000
Said premises known as 533 S Harrison St, Montpelier, Ohio.
Said premises appraised at $25,000.00 and cannot be sold
for less than two thirds of that amount. NOTICE: No
employees of the Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have
access to the inside of said property. Buyer beware, sold as is.
The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances,
and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to
cover. If the property is not sold at the above noted sale
date it will be offered for sale again on March 25, 2021, at
the same time and location noted above.
TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 money order, certified check or
cashier's check down at time of sale. Balance due within
thirty days of confirmation of sale, before the deed is
delivered.
