Montpelier Exempted Village Schools will hold kindergarten screening for the 2020-21 school year on Aug. 3 and 4.

The screening will be at the school, 1015 E. Brown Road, Montpelier, and is available for any student who turns 5 years old by Sept. 30.

Parents should begin by registering their student for the school year at montpelier-oh.finalforms.com. Then, they will need to scan various documents including a birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency and any court or custody paperwork and send it to lmartin@montpelier-k12.org.

Parents will then need to call the school at 419-485-6700 as soon as possible to set up an appointment. Summer office hours are limited, so they are asked to leave a detailed message and contact information.

Any child who attended KinderKlub in the past school year will not need to go through the screening process.
