A Williams County grand jury indicted 25 individuals in January. Those indicted include:

• James R. Morgan, 34, Holiday City, on one count each of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor; abduction, a third-degree felony; assaulting or harassing a police dog, a first-degree misdemeanor; and three counts of violating a protection order, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Zachary S. McCague, 28, Pioneer, on four counts of breaking and entering, each a fifth-degree felony; six counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, each a fourth-degree felony; and one count each of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, vandalism, a fourth-degree felony, and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, a third-degree felony.

• Lamar Gaston, Toledo, on one count each of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and assault, a fifth-degree felony.

• Brock G. McClanahan, 35, Pioneer, on 17 counts each of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and pandering obscenity involving a minor, all second-degree felonies.

• Robert L. Farris, 41, an inmate at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, on one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

•• De’Angelo R.E. Mathis, 24, Toledo, and Kalvin K. McGlown, 30, Toledo, both on two counts of robbery, one second-degree felony and one third-degree felony; and one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Edward L. Brown III, 20, Montpelier, on one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, both fifth-degree felonies.

• Benjamin C. Colbart, 36, Reading, Michigan, on four counts of violating a protection order, each a third-degree felony; and one count of second-degree felony burglary.

• John M. Scurlock, 49, Bryan, on four counts of aggravated possession of drugs, three fifth-degree felonies and one third-degree felony; and one of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

• Mitch S. Figgins, 38, Bryan, on two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, both second-degree felonies.

•• Amanda J. Lewis, 34, Bryan, and Edward S.R. Ramirez, 36, Bryan, both on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony; obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony; and failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. Lewis was additionally indicted on one count of obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony.

• Celesta L. Delorey, 41, Paulding, on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony.

• Valincia N. Kendra, 18, West Unity, on two counts of corrupting another with drugs, both fourth-degree felonies.

• Zackery A. Whalen, 27, West Unity, on one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

• Jameson D. Love, 50, Bryan, on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

• Terry D. Rupp, 52, Montpelier, on one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

• Paul D. Young, 39, Bryan, on one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

• Shiana M. Grant, 30, Montpelier, on one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

• Victoria S. McClaine, 34, Pioneer, on one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

• Roberto Rojo, 28, West Unity, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Khalif R. Anderson, Philadelphia, on one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

• William D. Illig, 62, Dayton, Nevada, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Jennifer M. Culbertson, 28, West Unity, on one count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.
