Ernesto Martinez III, 19, of Bryan, was arraigned Monday in Williams County Common Pleas Court on two third-degree felony counts of gross sexual imposition.

The two alleged victims were ages 6 and 7 when they were allegedly inappropriately touched by Martinez in February 2019 during an overnight stay at a local residence.

Investigation into the incident was completed by the Bryan Police Department.

Earlier in July, Martinez appeared in court where he was appointed public defender Aaron Cook and released on a conditional personal recognizance bond following his decision to turn himself in following a summons issued via Bryan Municipal Court.

Stipulations require he must reside at his current residence, have no contact with alleged minor victims or their families and no contact with children under the age of 18.

Martinez is scheduled to appear in Williams County Common Pleas Court at 1 p.m. on Aug. 26.
