Two men accused of felonious assault are among the 18 people recently indicted by a Williams County grand jury.

According to a new release issued Friday by the Williams County Prosecutor’s Office, Dylan M. Brown, 27, Bryan, and Richard D. Brown, 30, of Montpelier, are both accused of causing or attempting to cause harm to a person or a person’s unborn by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance on May 8.

Calls seeking more information were not answered at the prosecutor’s office early Friday afternoon.

Also indicted were:

• James C. North, 72, Bellevue, Michigan, on one count of illegal conveyance of a deadly weapon into a courthouse, a fifth-degree felony.

• Denzel R. Jordan, 23, Saint Blue, Illinois, on one count of failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.

• Rustin R. Lanius, 36, Montpelier, on one count each of theft and escape, both fifth-degree felonies.

• Jared A. Carroll, 24, Bryan, on two counts each of domestic violence, both fourth-degree felonies, and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

• Lamont L. Summer, 19, Toledo, on one count of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.

• Barryn R. McDonnell, 22, Rolla, Missouri, on one count of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.

• Brandon L. Barrett, 34, address unknown, on one count of failure to notify change of address, a third-degree felony.

• George A. Tule, 60, Bryan, on one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

• Denise M. Norrick, 57, Montpelier, on one count of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony.

• Wade N. Michalski, 27, Montpelier, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Andrew D. Seeley, 20, Montpelier, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Kenneth T.D. Richards, 22, Montpelier, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• John H. Miller, 42, Bryan, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

• Maggi L. A. Miller, Bryan, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

• Craig J. Scheuer, 32, Defiance, on one count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.

• Joseph A. Graser, 34, West Unity, on one count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony.
