A Williams County grand jury met Tuesday and returned indictments against 22 individuals.

According to a news release issued Wednesday by the Williams County Prosecutor’s Office, those indicted include:

• Keith W. Steinmetz, 45, Bryan, on five counts of illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material and one count of possession of cocaine, all fifth-degree felonies. Authorities allege that on Feb. 28, and in four separate incidents on Sept. 12, 2019, he possessed or viewed material or performance that shows a minor or impaired person who is not his child or ward in a state of nudity. It is further alleged he possessed cocaine on Sept. 12, 2019.

• Dustin M. Currency, 40, Pioneer, on one count each of intimidation, retaliation and having weapons while under disability, all third-degree felonies; as well as aggravated menacing and unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, both fifth-degree felonies. Authorities allege that on Dec. 17, 2019, he illegally possessed a loaded sawed-off 20-gauge shotgun with a defaced serial number while he was drug dependent, in danger of drug dependence or a chronic alcoholic. It is further alleged he threatened or retaliated against a Williams County Department of Job and Family Services employee.

• Brittany J. Kendall, 20, Bryan, on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies; two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies; and one count each of attempted tampering with evidence, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Oct. 29, 2019, she possessed methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl, including meth and fentanyl that was prepared for distribution in the vicinity of a minor. It is further alleged that on Oct. 31, 2019, she attempted to alter, destroy, conceal or remove evidence, knowing that an official proceeding or investigation is in progress, or about to be or likely to be instituted.

• Jesse A. Smith, 28, Manitou Beach, Michigan, on one count each of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both second-degree felonies. Authorities allege that on Jan. 6, he possessed methamphetamine and prepared it for distribution.

• Jill A. Guthrie, 44, Montpelier, on one count each of burglary, a second-degree felony, and theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Nov. 21, 2019, she illegally trespassed at a home in the 300 block of South Lebanon Street in Bryan, and stole trazodone.

• Charles A. Landers, 34, Montpelier, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Jan. 10, he possessed methamphetamine.

• Gail A. Christlieb, 60, Bryan, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Nov. 27, 2019, she stole $1,808.45 worth of property of services from Walmart in Bryan.

• Tobey R. Davis, 36, Bryan, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Nov. 27, 2019, she stole $1,523.70 worth of property or services from Walmart in Bryan.

• Terrelle L. Moses, 36, Van Antonio Adams, 33, and Christopher Anderson, 38, all of Toledo, all on one count each of theft and possession of criminal tools, both fifth-degree felonies. Authorities allege that on Dec. 21, 2019, they possessed red-handled bolt cutters with purpose to use it criminally, and also stole more than $1,000 worth of property or services from Dietsch’s Sales in Edgerton.

• Joseph A. Richmond, 39, Bryan, on one count of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Nov. 20, 2019, he had telephonic contact with a person protected under a protection order, having previously been convicted of violating a protection order in a 2018 Bryan Municipal Court case.

• Danielle R. Scribner, 32, Edon, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Jan. 10, she possessed methamphetamine.

• Justin M. Genot, 28, Toledo, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on July 24, 2019, he possessed acetyl fentanyl and fentanyl.

• Jason M. Johnson, 44, Bryan, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Nov. 22, 2019, he possessed methamphetamine.

• Joseph A. Glaser, 34, West Unity, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that Aug. 5, he possessed methamphetamine.

• Jimmy R. Jones, 52, West Unity, on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Oct. 16, 2019, he possessed methamphetamine.

• Johnny Ray Moore, 29, Haysville, Kansas, on one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicles, a fourth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Dec. 10, 2019, he illegally transported a loaded 9mm handgun in a motor vehicle.

• Joshua Nichols, 37, Huntington, Indiana, on one count of non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. Authorities allege that between Oct. 25, 2007 and Dec. 13, 2019, he failed to provide $27,928.57 in court-ordered support.

• Santisouk Champada, 31, Montpelier, on one count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Jan. 6, he failed to appear in Williams County Common Pleas Court in connection with a felony charge.

• Alize M. DeGraw, 18, on one count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Dec. 18, 2019, she failed to appear in Williams County Common Pleas Court in connection with a felony charge.

• Dustin D. Carroll, 35, Montpelier, on one count of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. Authorities allege that on Dec. 16, 2019, she failed to appear in Williams County Common Pleas Court in connection with a felony charge.
