Authorities have arrested a Toledo woman in connection to a fatal drug overdose.

Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force Commander Max Nofziger reported that agents were called to investigate the death of Ashely Kutzly, 23, of Toledo, on Jan. 24 and found it to be the result of fentanyl overdose.

Tiffany Warman, 32, of Toledo, was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree felony involuntary manslaughter. She was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio where she remains in custody.

Her arraignment was 10 a.m. Friday in the Henry County Court of Common Pleas and her pretrial hearing has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. May 12.

The task force was assisted by the Napoleon Police Department, Henry County Sheriff’s Office, Henry County Coroner’s Office, Henry County Prosecutor Gwen Howe-Gebers and the Northwest Ohio Interdiction Task Force.
