The Edgerton Branch Library will host a class on the different types of olive oil on Tuesday, June 22, at 6 p.m.

Oil expert Lori Berndt of Olive Twist, Inc., from Auburn, Indiana, will present “Olive Oils 101” and will offer a tasting of a selection of olive oils. In this class, participants will be shown how homemade olive oils vary from store-bought varieties. Taste the differences in the oils and discover how olive oil should be paired with different food combinations. You will also learn about the health benefits olive oil provides.

This is a free program for adults and registration is required for attendance. The Edgerton Branch Library is located at 319 N. Michigan Ave. For more information, contact 833-633-7323, ext. 2.
