The Paulding County Sheriff's Office is requesting public assistance to locate a missing person and vehicle.

At 3 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to a report that a vehicle had been stolen form a residence in the 6000 block of U.S. 127. The complainant's neighbor was reported missing a short time later.

The missing vehicle is a maroon 2007 Honda Pilot, Ohio license plate number GBV5809. The missing person is Clay Dockery.

"It is possible the missing male could be driving the vehicle," said Paulding County Sheriff Jason Landers said.

Dockery, 21, was described as having the mentality of a 12-year-old and has a hard time communicating with others. He has dark hair and eyes and wears glasses. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has tattoos on each shoulder — a banjo on the right and praying hands on the left.

Anyone with information regarding the Honda or Dockery is asked to call the Paulding County Sheriff's Office at 419-399-3791.
