Ready for Bean Days and Balloon Fest

Entities involved in putting on the 2019 Montpelier Bean Days and Balloon Fest came together with local safety personnel Thursday at Quality Inn and Suites in Holiday City to discuss safety, security, weather planning, communication and other topics vital to the annual tradition. The festivities run July 19-21 in Montpelier.
