The Williams County Partners for Health Committee is conducting an online adult health survey to identify the key needs and concerns for the Williams County community.
The survey is available at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WillA19.
The survey is completely anonymous. “There is no way for your personal answers to be linked to you,” according to Megan Riley, director of health education and preparedness for the Williams County Health Department, which is one of several dozen agencies with representatives on the committee.
Completing the survey requires approximately 20 minutes and the 110 multiple choice questions cover a gamut of health-related issues, such as smoking, healthy eating and mental health.
The survey will “help local agencies address areas of key health problems and also create more awareness of the needs of (the Williams County) community,” Riley said.
The feedback will be compiled into a publicly available health assessment report similar to one published in 2016. The new health assessment report will be released in the fall of 2019, Riley said.
