Two Williams County men were indicted by grand jury Feb. 3 in the Williams County Court of Common Pleas on charges related to child pornography.
Brock G. McClanahan, 35, 440 W. First St., Pioneer, was charged with 17 counts each of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and pandering obscenity involving a minor. All counts are second-degree felonies.
Authorities allege that on or about Aug. 3, 2020, he uploaded material to online storage that portrayed a minor engaging in sexual activity, as well as obscene material with a minor as a participant or portrayed as an observer.
He was arrested Jan. 27, taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio and later released on a $75,000 bond with a GPS monitor to ensure house arrest. He was arraigned Feb. 10 and a final pretrial conference has been scheduled for 1 p.m. March 11.
Mitch S. Figgins, 430 S. Williams St., Bryan, was indicted Feb. 3 on two counts of second-degree felony pandering obscenity involving a minor. Authorities allege that from January through Dec. 9, 2020, he uploaded obscene material involving a minor as a participant.
He made his initial appearance in court Thursday and his arraignment is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. March 11.
