Pleading

Tyler J. Baumgardner, 33, Edon, pleaded guilty and was found guilty June 25 of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. Sentencing was set for 1 p.m. Monday. Results were not immediately available.

Roxanne M. Rupp, 36, Stryker, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 8 of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing was set for 10 a.m. Monday. Results were not immediately available.

Garrison F. Moses, 20, Montpelier, pleaded guilty and was found guilty June 25 of harassment by inmate, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is set for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 26.

Mark J. Q. Sanders, 40, Edon, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 3 of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is set for 9 a.m. Sept. 9.

Kathy J. Hilderbrand, 60, Pioneer, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 8 of attempted theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. Sentencing is set for 1 p.m. Sept. 9.

Leroy A. Titus II, 41, Garrett, Indiana, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 10 of theft, a fifth-degree felony. Sentencing is set for 10 a.m. Aug. 27.

Sentencing

Robert D. Sovine, 27, Stryker, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 25 of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. He was then sentenced to 23 months incarceration.

Kassandra M. Jackson, 27, Fayette, was sentenced July 25 to 90 days incarceration and three years community control for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Jose F. Romero III, 51, of North Manchester, Indiana, pleaded guilty and was found guilty June 25 of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony, and non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. He was then sentenced to seven months incarceration.

Crystal D. Oskey, 42, Bryan, pleaded guilty and was found guilty June 18 of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. She was then sentenced to three years community control and ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Uriah Q. Michael, 31, Montpelier, was sentenced July 8 to three years community control for possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Kayla K. Fischer, 22, Montpelier, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 1 of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. She was then sentenced to 180 days incarceration (with 165 days suspended) and three years community control.

Kenneth A. Canfield II, 37, Bryan, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 9 of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. He was then sentenced to 18 months incarceration.

Austin C. Bishop, 25, Onsted, Michigan, pleaded guilty and was found guilty July 10 of attempted possession, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was sentenced to one year community control and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.

Jasmine A. Villanueva, 39, Stryker, was sentenced June 17 to 24 months incarceration for intimidation, a third-degree felony.

Jordan L. Hug, 24, Edon, was sentenced July 1 to 180 days incarceration (with 170 days suspended) and five years community control for having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, and criminal damaging or endangering, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay $500 restitution.

Sharvelle N. Burns, 26, Toledo, was sentenced July 9 to 13 months incarceration for failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony, and vandalism, a fifth-degree felony.

James R. McGregor, 33, West Unity, was sentenced June 26 to 54 months incarceration for two counts of gross sexual imposition, both third-degree felonies, and court counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, all second-degree felonies.

Dennis A. Poling, 36, Bryan, was sentenced July 1 to 24 months incarceration for three counts of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies, and one count of identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony.

Alec D. Beavers, 21, Defiance, was sentenced July 15 to six months incarceration for attempted breaking and entering, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Brittany L. Phillips, 25, Stryker, pleaded guilty and was found guilty June 17 of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony. She was then sentenced to two years incarceration.

Ashley N. Grond, 33, Bryan, was sentenced July 1 to 11 months incarceration for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Michael R. Sagnimeni, 41, Defiance, was sentenced July 2 to three years community control for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Donovan L. Joyner, 21, Defiance, was sentenced July 10 to 30 months incarceration for attempted illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a third-degree felony.

Jacob M. Pannell, 21, Pioneer, was sentenced July 15 to four years community control for assault, a fourth-degree felony.

Dissolution sought
