Sentencing

Susanna M. Cole, 27, West Unity, was sentenced Dec. 3, 2019, to 30 months incarceration for complicity to aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony.

Tyson J. Schlosser, 37, Bryan, pleaded guilty and was found guilty Dec. 10, 2019, of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was then sentenced to one year community control and ordered to pay a $500 fine. A 180-day incarceration sentence was suspended.

Ernesto Martinez III, 19, Bryan, was sentenced Dec. 16, 2019, to 48 months incarceration for two counts of gross sexual imposition, both third-degree felonies.
