At 8:36 p.m. Wednesday, a non-injury accident reportedly occurred at Portland Manor, 410 S. Portland St.

At 5:55 a.m. Thursday, a non-injury accident reportedly occurred at Wilson and Cherry streets. The investigation was turned over to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

At 7:30 a.m. Thursday, a non-injury accident reportedly occurred at Garden and Mulberry streets.

Arrests

At 5:50 p.m. Wednesday, an officer was requested to Bryan Main Stop, 232 S. Union St. At 7:58 p.m., Justin E. Day-Hemenway, 41, Montpelier, was booked on misdemeanor charges of aggravated grand petty theft and use, possession or sale of drug paraphernalia.

At 2:20 p.m. Thursday, Michael W. Kennedy, 40, of Bryan, was booked on two misdemeanor charges of driving under suspension.

At 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, an individual reported a suspicious person was at Super Wash, 1101 E. High St.

At 9:17 a.m. Wednesday, police were requested to assist a civilian at Direct LinQ Hardware, 1429 W. High St.

At 11:26 a.m. Wednesday, police were requested to keep the peace in the 200 block of South Williams Street.

At 3:13 p.m. Wednesday, a 911 hang-up call was received from Frontier, 115 N. Lynn St. Police were unable to locate any issue.

At 3:44 p.m. Wednesday, an individual requested to speak with an officer at the police station, 304 W. High St.

At 4:28 p.m. Wednesday, an officer was requested to the 800 block of East Bryan Street.

At 5:54 p.m. Wednesday, a burglar alarm was activated at Farmers & Merchants State Bank, 1000 S. Main St.

At 8:10 p.m. Wednesday, a 911 hang-up call was received from the 800 block of West South Street.

At 9:01 p.m. Wednesday, a 911 hang-up call was received from Toy and High streets. Police were unable to locate any issue.

At 11:11 p.m. Wednesday, police were requested to conduct a well-being check in the 1000 block of Whetstone Drive.

At 3:04 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a suspicious vehicle was in the 1000 block of Newdale Circle. The individual was warned for turn signal and brake light issues.

At 7:17 a.m. Thursday, an officer assisted EMS and firefighters in the 400 block of North Union Street.

At 1:17 p.m. Thursday, a narcotics-related report was received at the police station.

At 5:25 p.m. Thursday, police were requested to keep the peace in the 500 block of East Butler Street.

At 6:55 p.m. Thursday, officers were requested for a well-being check at Lebanon and Center streets. Police were unable to locate the subject.

At 7:04 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a building filling up with smoke at Bryan Truck Lines, 11912 Ohio 15, Bryan.

At 7:35 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a break-in in the 100 block of West Fountain Grove Road.

At 9:04 a.m. Thursday, Matthew R. Foldvary, 33, of Defiance, was booked on a misdemeanor charge of theft.

At 3:37 p.m. Wednesday, a report of harassment was received from the 19000 block of Ohio 15, Pioneer.

At 3:46 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were requested to assist another agency in the 19000 block of County Road R, Alvordton.

At 4:17 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were requested to assist another agency in the 300 block of South Michigan Avenue, Alvordton.

At 4:51 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were requested to assist a citizen in the 10000 block of County Road 13, Montpelier.

At 5:28 p.m. Wednesday, a deputy used his weapon in the 10000 block of County Road 13, Montpelier. Additional details were not immediately available.

At 9:28 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on U.S. 6, west of Ohio 576, Bryan.

At 10:03 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were requested to assist a citizen in the 120000 block of County Road 14, Montpelier.

At 10:17 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on County Road 15, south of County Road C, Bryan.

At 10:51 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a suspicious vehicle was in the 18000 block of County Road 17.F, Bryan.

At 2:11 a.m. Thursday, deputies received a report of suspicious activity from the 18000 block of County Road C, Bryan.

At 6:24 a.m. Thursday, a 911 hang-up call was received from the 100 block of Walter Street, Kunkle.

At 7:55 a.m. Thursday, a burglary was reported from the 100 block of Pine Lane, Bryan.

At 8:27 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a vehicle was in a ditch on U.S. 6, near County Road 7, Edgerton.

At 9:53 a.m. Thursday, a 911 hang-up call was received from the 12000 block of County Road 2, Edon.

At 10:42 a.m. Thursday, a K-9 unit was deployed to the 13000 block of South Waldron Road, Waldron, Michigan.

At 7 p.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to Bryan Truck Lines, 11912 Ohio 15, for a report of a structure fire.

At 7:59 p.m. Thursday, deputies were requested for a well-being check in the 03000 block of County Road I, Edon.

At 12:13 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to a report of a disabled vehicle at County Road 16 and County Road N.30, Montpelier.

At 12:30 a.m. Friday, a 911 hang-up call was received from the 12000 block of County Road D.

At 2:44 a.m. Friday, deputies received a drug complaint from the 08000 block of County Road C, Edgerton.

At 7 a.m. Friday, an individual reported a traffic offense at Love’s Travel Stop, 14553 Ohio 49, Edon.

At 8:23 a.m. Friday, a deputy responded to a medical situation at Edon Northwest Local Schools, 802 W. Indiana St., Edon.

At 8:26 a.m. Friday, a deputy responded to a report of a sick deer in the 18000 block of County Road 5.75, Montpelier. The deputy used their duty weapon to dispatch the animal.
