At 3:51 p.m. Wednesday, Jeremy P. Green, 33, of Bryan, was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering to commit theft.

Complaints

At 4:45 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported seeing a suspicious person on a bicycle at Lebanon Street and Oakwood Avenue. The cyclist was advised to stop at stop signs.

At 5:48 a.m. Wednesday, a 911 hang-up call was received from the 500 block of Woodward Street. Police found the call was intended to report a loose dog, but the animal was located.

At 10:08 a.m. Wednesday, an individual in the 800 block of West High Street requested an officer to help calm subjects involved in an argument. One of the parties left before an officer arrived.

At 11:53 a.m. Wednesday, a non-injury accident reportedly occurred at Wilson and Union streets.

At 11:59 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported an individual broke into the main branch of the Williams County Public Library, 107 E. High St.

At 12:32 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported observing a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of East Trevitt Street. Police found the vehicle belonged there.

At 1:29 p.m. Wednesday, police were requested to assist a civilian in the 300 block of North Garden Street.

At 2:47 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported harassment from the 400 block of East High Street.

At 2:57 p.m. Wednesday, an individual in the 300 block of East Bryan Street requested police speak to an unruly juvenile.

At 3:58 p.m. Wednesday, a resident of Bryan Mobile Home Court, 511 N. Union St., reported damage to their home.

At 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, police were requested to assist a civilian in the 300 block of North Garden Street.

At 5:56 p.m. Wednesday, police were requested to assist a civilian in the 700 block of South Main Street. The subject was advised of a civil issue.

At 7:34 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported observing a wanted person at Bryan Mobile Home Court. Police were unable to locate the subject.

At 11:52 p.m. Wednesday, a noise complaint was received referencing the 1200 block of Buffalo Road. The complaint was turned over to the Williams County Sheriff’s Office.

At 2:32 a.m. Thursday, an officer reported he was with a subject on a bicycle in the area of Maple and Williams streets. The subject was advised he needed lights on his bike to ride at night.

At 2:58 a.m. Thursday, officers responded after an alarm was tripped at the Loyal Order of the Moose, 710 N. Main St. The building was secure. Police returned at 4:54 a.m. for the same reason.

At 8:09 a.m. Thursday, an officer was requested to come to the Williams County Sheriff’s Office, 1425 E. High St., to speak with a subject.

At 8:56 a.m. Thursday, a citizen came to the Bryan Police Department, 304 W. High St., to report rape.

At 9:52 a.m. Thursday, a resident in the 100 block of Avenue B reported telecommunications harassment and possible physical altercation.

At 1:49 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a reported injury accident at First Federal Bank, 204 E. High St.

At 3:19 p.m. Thursday, a resident in the 400 block of East Bryan Street requested to speak with an officer.

At 4:46 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a report of a loose dog in the area of High Street and Laglyda Court.

At 5:23 p.m. Thursday, a resident requested an officer in response to larceny.

At 8:04 p.m. Thursday, a citizen at Circle K, 923 S. Main St., reported finding narcotics-related items.

At 8:22 p.m. Thursday, officers performed a well-being check in the 400 block of North Cherry Street.

At 9:05 p.m. Thursday, citizens at M&D Suburban Inn, 7795 Ohio 15, requested an officer.

At 10:34 p.m. Thursday, residents at Winthrop Terrace Apartments, 1000 Buffalo Road, requested to speak to an officer.

At 2:27 p.m. Wednesday, a report of criminal mischief was received from the 02000 block of County Road L, Edon.

At 2:43 p.m. Wednesday, an agency assist request was received referencing the 400 block of Seneca Drive in Montpelier.

At 6:02 p.m. Wednesday, a keep-the-peace request was received referencing the 20000 block of County Road G, Bryan.

At 6:56 p.m. Wednesday, an agency assist request was received referencing the 100 block of Hollywood Boulevard, Nettle Lake.

At 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, a report of harassment was received referencing the 08000 block of County Road 16, Bryan.

At 12:06 a.m. Thursday, a noise complaint was reported referencing the 01000 block of Buffalo Road in Bryan.

At 12:52 a.m. Thursday, an agency assist request was received referencing the 300 block of North Ash Street, Edgerton.

At 1:29 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to a reported traffic hazard on U.S. 6, westbound from County Road 18.

At 2:20 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported observing a suspicious vehicle on Edgewater Drive in Bryan.

At 5:29 a.m. Thursday, a property damage accident reportedly occurred on Ohio 15 north of County Road K, West Jefferson.

At 8:18 a.m. Thursday, a trespassing incident was reported from the 05000 block of County Road S, Montpelier.

At 9:23 a.m. Thursday, a 911 hang-up was received from the Veterans Memorial Building at the Williams County Fairgrounds in Montpelier.

At 4:11 p.m. Thursday, a littering complaint was made from County Road 19.5 north of County Road H.50, Stryker.

At 6:53 p.m. Thursday, a domestic dispute was reported at M&D Suburban Inn.

At 8:01 p.m. Thursday, a drug complaint was made in the 13200 block of Ohio 107, Montpelier.

At 5:02 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to a reported damage accident on Ohio 15, south of County Road G.

At 7:39 a.m. Friday, an unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported from the 06900 block of County Road 5.G, Edgerton.

At 8:50 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to a reported damage accident on Ohio 34, west of County Road 16.

At 11:09 a.m. Friday, suspicious activity was reported in the area of U.S. 20A and County Road 21.N, West Unity.

At 4:38 p.m. Friday, a property damage accident was reported in the 13100 block of County Road M.50, Montpelier.
