At 4:45 a.m. Wednesday a suspicious person on a bicycle was observed at Lebanon and Oakwood. The cyclist was advised to stop at stop signs.

At 5:48 a.m. Wednesday a 911 hangup call was received from the 500 block of Woodward Avenue. The call was intended to report a loose dog, but the animal was located.

At 10:08 a.m. Wednesday an individual in the 800 block of W. High St. requested an officer to help calm an argument. One of the parties left before an officer arrived.

At 11:53 a.m. Wednesday a non-injury accident occurred at Wilson and Union Streets. A report was taken.

At 11:59 a.m., Wednesday, an individual was reported to have broken into the Williams County Library. A report was taken.

At 12:32 a.m. Wednesday, a suspicious vehicle was observed in the 100 block of E. Trevitt St. The vehicle was found to belong where it was observed.

At 1:29 p.m. Wednesday, an assist civilian request was received from the 300 block of N. Garden. The situation was handled.

At 2:47 p.m. Wednesday, a report of harassment was received referencing the 400 block of E. High St. A report was taken.

At 2:57 p.m. Wednesday, an individual in the 300 block of E. Bryan St. requested a unit speak to an unruly juvenile. The situation was handled.

At 3:58 p.m. Wednesday a resident of Bryan Mobile Home Court reported damage to their home. The situation was handled.

At 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, an assist civilian request was received from the 300 block of N. Garden. The situation was handled.

At 5:56 p.m. Wednesday an assist civilian request was received from the 700 block of S. Main St. The subject was advised of a civil issue.

At 7:34 p.m. Wednesday, a wanted person was observed at Bryan Mobile Home Court. Police were unable to locate.

At 11:52 p.m. Wednesday, a noise complaint was received referencing the 1200 block of Buffalo Rd. The complaint was turned over to the Williams County Sheriff’s Office.
