At 5:53 p.m. Wednesday, Sean A. Nichols, 37, of Bryan, was booked on a misdemeanor test refusal with prior OVI and misdemeanor driving under OVI suspension, both processed through Bryan Municipal Court.

At 3:13 p.m. Thursday, Meranda C. Ayers, 20, of Bryan, was booked on a felony charge of domestic violence, to be heard in Bryan Municipal Court.

Complaints

At 12:43 a.m. Wednesday a possible theft was reported from Dollar General, 1202 E. High St. No report was taken but an extra patrol was requested.

At 6:17 a.m. Wednesday, a suspicious person was observed or reported at Lewis and Bryan streets. The situation was handled.

At 10:23 a.m. Wednesday, a report was received of a vehicle passing several vehicles unsafely in the 100 block of Brown Drive. The driver was cited.

At 11:26 a.m. Wednesday, a report of identity theft was received from the 600 block of Center Street. A report was taken.

At 11:35 a.m. Wednesday assistance was requested at Union and High streets. Police were unable to locate.

At 12:13 p.m. Wednesday, a non-injury accident occurred at Mulberry and Union streets.

At 12:22 p.m. Wednesday, a larceny was reported from the 500 block of West Mulberry Street. A report was taken.

At 12:43 p.m. Wednesday, a larceny was reported from McDonald Ruff Ice Rink, 601 Townline Road.

At 3:08 a.m. Thursday, a report of a dog on the loose was received from the 100 block of North Beech Street.

At 7:54 a.m. Thursday, a non-injury accident occurred at Main Street and Fountain Grove Drive. A report was taken.

At 7:59 a.m. Thursday, a HAZMAT call was made for an unknown substance across the roadway. The situation was handled.

At 10:27 a.m. Thursday, another department requested assistance at Bryan High School. A report was taken.

At 11:32 a.m. Thursday, a family trouble incident was reported at Family Dollar, 1202 E. High St. An arrest was made.

At 12:08 p.m. Thursday, an individual in the 800 block of West Bryan Street reported their neighbor put their lawn clippings “all over the street.” The subject was advised.

At 5:07 p.m. Thursday, a 911 hangup call was received from the YMCA, 1 Faber Drive.

At 5:51 p.m. Thursday, a report of trespassing was received from Walmart, 1215 S. Main St. An arrest was made.

At 8:12 p.m. Thursday, an individual requested assistance in the 800 block of North Main Street.

At 12:59 p.m. Wednesday, Nicholas A. Karpanai, 40, of Fayette was booked on a felony charge of failure to appear, to be heard in the Williams County Court of Common Pleas.

At 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Raema J. Blalock, 60, of Bryan, was booked on a misdemeanor charge of OVI, processed through Bryan Municipal Court.

At 9:05 a.m. Thursday, Codie R. Haskell, 27, of Alvordton, was booked on a community control violation, to be heard in Williams County Court of Common Pleas.

At 6:21 a.m. Wednesday, deputies aided with a disabled vehicle at County Road 15, north of U.S. 20A, Montpelier.

At 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy dealt with a traffic offense northbound on U.S. 127 from Ohio 249.

At 11:56 a.m. Wednesday, a traffic offense was dealt with on U.S. 6 westbound from County Road 18.75, Bryan.

At 1:39 p.m. Wednesday, a report of stalking was received from the 400 block of North Oak Street, West Jefferson.

At 2:49 p.m. Wednesday, a 911 hangup call was received from Modoc and Navajo Trail, Lake Seneca.

At 5:29 p.m. Wednesday, a utility problem was reported at U.S. 127 and County Road G.

At 6:18 p.m. Wednesday, an agency assist request was received from the 14000 block of County Road E, Bryan.

At 6:48 a.m. Thursday, a runaway juvenile was reported from the 1000 block of Maplehurst Avenue, Montpelier.

At 8:50 a.m. Thursday, property was reported found in the 5000 block of County Road 13, Montpelier.

At 11:34 a.m. Thursday, a deputy aided in a repossession effort in the 05000 block of County Road 10, Bryan.
