Arrests

At 8:41 p.m. Wednesday, Otis T. King, 67, of Bryan, was arrested on a Fulton County Court of Common Pleas warrant charging him with contempt of court. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

At 7:25 a.m. Thursday, Jeffrey A. Ullinskey, 59, of Bryan, was arrested on a Bryan Municipal Court warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio and later released.

Accidents

At 11:27 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to a vehicle accident at Myro’s Pizza and Bistro, 336 W. High St. No injuries were reported.

At 2:11 p.m. Wednesday, police respond to a traffic accident on Union Street at Wilson Street. No injuries were reported.

Complaints

At 12:51 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a theft complaint from the 500 block of West Bryan Street.

At 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a theft complaint from the 300 block of Center Street.

At 5:35 p.m. Wednesday, a resident in the 400 block of Fairview Drive reported a subject was trespassing on her property.

At 1:05 a.m. Thursday, police assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with an incident involving three juveniles on High Street at Lynn Street.

At 10:20 a.m. Thursday, an employee of Bill’s Locker Room III, 109 S. Main St., reported someone broke into their vehicle and stole several items.

At 12:16 p.m. Thursday, an employee of the State Bank and Trust, 1419 W. High St., reported receiving a fraudulent check.

At 1:06 p.m. Thursday, a resident in the 600 block of Olive Drive reported someone stole their bicycle.

At 6:01 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a report of a fight in the 500 block of South Main Street.

Accidents

At 6:14 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a car-deer accident on County Road 12.50 at County Road M.50, Montpelier. No injuries were reported.

Arrests

At 8:17 p.m. Thursday, Joel S. Ramos, 46, of Bryan, was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence. He was taken to CCNO.

At 8:42 p.m. Thursday, Jesse L. Goble, 20, of Elwood, Indiana, was arrested and charged with felony theft. He was taken to CCNO.

At 9:22 p.m. Thursday, Cory J. Bartley, 31, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested on a Williams County Court of Common Pleas warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was taken to CCNO.

At 10:24 p.m. Thursday, Tonya M. Suffel, 50, of Bryan, was arrested on a Bryan Municipal Court warrant charging her with a community control sanction violation. She was taken to CCNO.

Complaints

At 6:39 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a keep-the-peace request during a property exchange at Love’s Travel Stop, 14553 Ohio 49, Edon.

At 10:25 p.m. Wednesday, a resident in the 100 block of Hollywood Drive, Nettle Lake, reported a neighbor threatened to shoot their dog.

At 12:13 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an online tip reporting a spear phishing scam through personal email. No monetary loss was reported.

At 12:35 a.m. Friday, an elderly resident reported someone was in their garage tampering with their car. Deputies responded, searched the property and found no evidence that anyone else had been there.

At 12:54 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to 911 call for assistance and found a resident who had just moved into the county went out for a walk and got lost. They gave her a ride home.

Arrests

At 4:04 p.m. Wednesday, a 14-year-old Montpelier girl was arrested and charged with a probation violation. She was taken to the Northwest Ohio Juvenile Detention, Training and Rehabilitation Center.

At 6:11 p.m. Wednesday, Moses M. Whitcomb, 26, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested and charged with obstruction. He was taken to CCNO.
