At 9:47 a.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 400 block of East Mulberry Street reported their neighbor continued to block their driveway with his vehicle after he was asked to stop.

At 9:49 a.m. Tuesday, an officer found a vehicle blocking a fire hydrant in the 100 block of South Lynn Street and issued a parking citation.

At 3:18 p.m. Tuesday, Joseph M. Cramer, 31, of Stryker, was arrested on a Williams County Court of Common Pleas felony warrant charging him with a parole violation. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.


At 12:06 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a car-deer collision on County Road D, east of Ohio 576. At 12:20 a.m. a deputy dispatched the injured deer with his service weapon.


At 3:02 p.m. Tuesday, a county resident reported losing his license plate.

At 5:58 p.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 17000 block of County Road G reported an unknown male subject was asking for a ride to Archbold.

At 7:53 p.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 2000 block of County Road 20 reported their pet was missing.

At 7:56 a.m. Wednesday, a resident in the 17000 block of County Road 12, Pioneer, reported an unfamiliar vehicle had been in the neighborhood for the past two days.

Montpelier police


At 4:13 a.m. Wednesday, Jacob Bowers, 28, of Pioneer, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.
