Bryan police


At 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a citizen assist request in the 1100 block of East Wilson Street. They issued warnings for disorderly conduct to two parties.

At 9:09 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to a trash complaint in the 300 block of North Allen Street.

At 10:25 a.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 900 block of East Bryan Street reported insurance fraud.

At 4:51 p.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 300 block of Center Street reported a subject was inside the residence. Police advised the subject was allowed to get their cats.

At 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a complaint about a stray dog on Perry Street at Allen Street.

At 5:11 p.m. Tuesday, Scottie L. Eagle, 43, of Hillsdale, Michigan, was arrested on a Williams County Court of Common Pleas felony warrant charging him with a community control sanction violation. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

At 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, Kaylee J. Landwehr, 32, of Pioneer, was arrested and charged with felony failure to comply. She was taken to CCNO.

At 6:48 p.m. Tuesday, Jessica L. Jones, 35, of Bryan, was arrested on a Bryan Municipal Court warrant charging her with a misdemeanor community control sanction violation. She was taken to CCNO.


At 12:43 p.m. Tuesday, a resident on County Road 8 near the Indiana state line reported an unfamiliar truck traveled past his house several times.

At 1:29 p.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 4000 block of County Road 15.75 reported their neighbor was using a circular saw and there were blood and bones near his garage. Deputies found the neighbor was processing a deer.

At 4:01 p.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 13000 block of County Road K, Montpelier, reported an unemployment scam.

At 4:21 p.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 2000 block of County Road S, Edon, reported a female subject was on her property removing scrap metal. The subject was warned for trespassing.

At 8:11 a.m. Tuesday, a resident in the 6000 block of County Road 7.G, Montpelier, reported someone stole a Sirius radio, three pairs of sunglasses and a jump-starter box from their unlocked vehicle.

Ohio State Highway Patrol


At 8:27 a.m. Wednesday, Kayce Miller, 24, of West Unity, was driving south on U.S. 127. Her 2013 Chevrolet Malibu traveled off the right side of the roadway south of County Road C. She overcorrected, traveled off the left side of the roadway and her vehicle struck an embankment before coming to rest in the field. She was cited for failure to control.
