Arrests

On Friday, Gene E. Ferrell, 44, of Bryan, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and a protection order violation. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

At 5:41 p.m. Friday Brandy J. Jordan, 39, of Montpelier, was arrested on a Bryan Municipal Court warrant charging her with a community control sanction violation. She was taken to CCNO.

At 12:47 a.m. Saturday, police executed a traffic stop at the Marathon gas station, 402 S. Main St. A male juvenile was arrested and charged with OVI, reckless operation and underage consumption. A female juvenile was also arrested and charged with underage consumption. Both were released to the custody of a sober driver.

At 10:22 p.m. Sunday, Patryck T. Sines, 19, of Bryan, was arrested and charged with assault. He was taken to CCNO.

Accidents

At 10:49 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a vehicle accident in the parking lot at Town & Country, 1210 E. High St. No injuries were reported.

At 3:31 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a traffic accident on High Street at County Road 15.75. No injuries were reported.

Complaints

At 2:30 a.m. Friday, police responded to a report of disturbing the peace in the 700 block of East Bryan Street.

At 4:35 a.m. Friday, a resident in the 300 block of South Walnut Street reported someone broke their window.

At 9:26 a.m. Friday, an employee of Shell Spee-D-Mart, 911 E. High St. reported a theft.

At 12:53 p.m. Friday, police responded to a report of disturbing the peace in the 500 block of East Hamilton Street. The subject was taken to the Sanctuary of Williams County homeless shelter.

At 4:40 p.m. Friday, police responded to a harassment complaint in the 200 block of North Lewis Street.

At 3:53 p.m. Saturday, police responded to a complaint involving a juvenile in the 500 block of South Beech Street.

At 12:13 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 1100 block of Center Street.

At 12:49 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of South Cherry Street.

At 9:49 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a harassment complaint at Taco Bell, 1104 S. Main St.

At 8:17 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to a vehicle accident at Love’s Travel Stop, 14553 Ohio 49, Edon, when one tractor-trailer rig struck the rear of another in the fuel lane. No injuries were reported.

At 6:24 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a vehicle accident at Love’s Travel Stop.

At 9:32 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a reported hit/skip accident at Love’s Travel Stop.

At 4:24 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a traffic accident on County Road 8 at Ohio 34. No injuries were reported.

At 8:43 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a vehicle accident at the Williams County Fairgrounds, 619 E. Main St., Montpelier. No injuries were reported.

At 9:30 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a traffic accident in the 600 block of East Main Street, Montpelier. No injuries were reported.

At 5:17 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a traffic accident on County Road 15 at County Road M, Pioneer. No injuries were reported.

Complaints

At 12:16 a.m. Friday, a resident in the 9000 block of County Road I, Montpelier, reported seeing headlights at the end of their driveway, possibly from a snowmobile.

At 8:16 a.m. Friday, deputies assisted a driver with their vehicle stuck in the ditch on County Road H at County Road 15.50.

At 10:02 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to a harassment complaint in the 200 block of South Thomas Street, Alvordton. They returned for a second complaint at 4:31 p.m. Saturday.

At 2:16 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a traffic hazard on County Road 19.50 at County Road I.50, West Unity.

At 2:43 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a traffic hazard on U.S. 20A, west of County Road 15, Montpelier.

At 7:35 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a trespassing complaint in the 2000 block of County Road 13.

At 8:35 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 900 block of North Main Street.

At 1:38 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a trespassing complaint in the 16000 block of Ohio 15, Pioneer.

At 2:15 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a complaint of breaking and entering in the 100 block of Sunset Boulevard, Nettle Lake.

At 4:56 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a fraud complaint in the 10000 block of County Road 10.A.

At 10:24 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an assault complaint at CCNO, 03151 County Road 24.25, Stryker.

At 11:39 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a fraud complaint in the 5000 block of Ohio 15.

At 2:08 a.m. Sunday a K-9 unit was dispatched to East Wilson Street near the Ohio Gas Company.

At 10:40 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a complaint of a suspicious person at the Edon Church of Christ, 202 S. Michigan St.

At 3:09 p.m. Sunday, deputies assisted a driver with a vehicle in the ditch on Ohio 15 at County Road H, Montpelier.

At 9:52 p.m. Sunday. deputies responded to a complaint of suspicious activity at the Oakwood Mobile Home Court, Lot 114, 06695 Ohio 15.

At 2:36 a.m. Sunday, Lauren D. Goins, 26, of West Unity, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension and possession of drug abuse instruments. She was taken to CCNO.

At 11:54 p.m. Sunday, Debra Cook, 44, of Montpelier, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. She was taken to CCNO.

At 7:25 a.m. Monday, Rachael Spires, 40, of Montpelier, was arrested and charged with driving under suspension. She was released on her own recognizance.
