DEFIANCE — The Northwest Ohio Men’s Fellowship Breakfast, the first event of 2019-20 year, will be Dec. 14 at St John’s Catholic Church, Defiance.

Speaker will be Emily Thieroff, daughter of Steve and Amy Thieroff.

Emily is a graduate of Ayersville High School and a graduate of The Ohio State University in psychology.

She is also a third-year graduate nursing student at Ohio State University studying to be a Certified Nurse Midwife. She is currently working as a registered nurse at OhioHealth Riverside Hospital.

Emily will be sharing about her experiences traveling to Santiago, Guatemala, and working with community members to address global health. And most recently her travels to Santa Lucia, Honduras, as part of a medical brigade and a free clinic.

A free-will offering asked. Fellowship and coffee are at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast and program at 8 a.m.
