Stretching helps to maintain your range of motion allowing you to go about your everyday life free of hindrances.

Mindfulness teaches you to be aware of the here and now, to enjoy this moment and to avoid the anxiety of worrying about the past and future.

Mindfulness uses practical exercises to benefit anyone suffering from stress on a physical, mental and emotional level. This is you time.

Time out of your day to get a clear head, to get focused on the here and now and to get in control.

Dress comfortably. Shoes are optional. Bring a mat if you have one.

Classes will be held on Thursdays, Sept. 12 to Oct. 31; eight nights for $20 or four nights for $10at 7:30 p.m. in the Bryan Community Center on Buffalo Road.

Class size is limited, so please call the Bryan Parks and Recreation office at 419-633-6030 to save your space.
