The Bryan Times,

If you are up to date on the ongoing debate in Pioneer, Ohio, over the AquaBounty project, you knew that the company has already begun construction on the thing without Environmental Protection Agency approval. *(Note: AquaBounty has filed an application through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for a 5.25 mgd well field. In addition, two other applications must be approved by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency: one to construct the wastewater treatment system and another to discharge treated wastewater from the system).
