At 6:23 a.m. Monday, a resident in the 1600 block of Briarcrest Road reported someone was in their backyard.

At 8:08 a.m. Monday, a Bryan resident came to the police station with a dog she found in the roadway. The dog was turned over to the county dog warden.

At 11:29 a.m. Monday, police responded to a harassment complaint in the 800 block of Navarre Avenue.

At 7:15 p.m. Monday, an employee of Walmart, 1215 S. Main St., reported a shoplifter.

At 9:25 p.m. Monday, a resident in the 1700 block of East High Street reported his soon-to-be ex-wife and her cousin assaulted him and stole his car keys.

At 9:41 p.m. Monday, a motorist in the 1000 block of West Fountain Grove Drive reported someone threw something at his vehicle.

At 10:52 p.m. Monday, a caller reported someone was in his girlfriend’s house in the 200 block of Holden Street.

At 3:43 p.m. Monday, Andrew J. Peters, 29, of West Unity, was arrested on a Fulton County Court of Common Pleas warrant charging him with a community control sanction violation. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

At 4:05 p.m. Monday, Michael L. Brown, 32, of Edon, was arrested on a Williams County Court of Common Pleas felony warrant charging him with a community control sanction violation. He was taken to CCNO.

At 10:21 p.m. Monday, Brett J. Armstrong, 36, of Bryan, was arrested on a Bryan Municipal Court warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was taken to CCNO.


At 8:34 a.m. Monday, a resident in the 4400 block of Ohio 49, Edgerton, reported someone tampered with the freon line to his heat pump and caused damage.

At 11:49 a.m. Monday, a resident in the 3300 block of County Road 17 reported someone damaged their mailbox.

At 4:37 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to a fraud complaint in the 22200 block of County Road M, West Unity, and found it was actually a clerical error.
