To the Editor;

I recently became aware of a video on YouTube titled “Pumped Dry the global groundwater crisis”. It was prepared by a nationally known firm. It has segments about several aquifers in Africa, India, South America, and the U.S. that have been seriously depleted by “over pumping”. The film explains many of the problems that occur depending on the type of crops and other water uses after the aquifers were depleted. I recommend that anyone who lives over the Michindoh aquifer view this film.
